HealthQuest is making it easier and more convenient for people who suffer from back, neck, hip or shoulder pain to access expert medical care. Doctors will be on hand during select Saturdays this summer at the Farmington Farmers Market, 33113 Grand River Ave., in the Walter E. Sundquist Pavilion in George F. Riley Park.
“We are providing health information about people’s spines and other conditions such as peripheral neuropathy, disc hernias, disc bulges, degenerative disc disease and posterior facet syndrome,” said Dr. Andrew A. Bajaj with HealthQuest of Southfield. “We also have natural, non-surgical solutions to share with those who are dealing with spinal ailments or pinched nerves and other kinds of pain from arthritis, to neck pain, back pain and hip or shoulder pain.”

Here’s how it works. Our spinal analysis machine is used to check a person’s posture. It will determine whether they are throwing more weight/center of gravity to one side than the other side. It’s simple and pain-free. There is no charge for the screenings.
“This is not a diagnostic tool, but purely a screening tool,” Dr. Bajaj explains. “People can learn if they have a postural distortion due to something that may be related to spine, or we can provide a free laser demo treatment, which will help with muscle strength or weakness and improve or ease their discomfort.”
